Kreddible Trout is a self-taught, self effacing & occasionally award winning photographic artist currently based in Toronto, Ontario. Originally from Montreal, KT has rarely been in one place too long. He's lived on a tug-boat in the north pacific, many questionable motels, some tents and for a while in an old house in Dartmouth Nova Scotia that Al Capone used to run rum through. He is rarely seen without a camera strapped around his neck and is often writing something down. Almost every one of his photos has a story he'd be happy to bore or entertain you with.
When asked 'what kind of photography' he does, KT usually hums & haws and settles on 'observational satire influenced by too much rock & roll'. In these days of pervasive pixel perversion KT feels he must clarify that very little is ever done to digitally augment his images. 95% of the time cropping is done by a technique he calls 'where I stand in relation to the subject & how I hold my camera'. Preferring lucky accidents to the contrived, situations are very rarely altered or 'set up' in order to 'make a point'. The world does this well enough on it's own. KT just documents it.
Some stories and antics and ludicrous marketing scenarios can be found on his blog: http://kreddibletrout.tumblr.com/
